The platform primarily works with public institutional datasets sourced from IPEDS and the U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard.

During the beta period, Academia Superiora is designed to avoid storing personally identifiable information beyond a user's email address and the workspace preferences required to operate the product.

Public dataset content, benchmark calculations, and account configuration are stored in managed application databases and supporting infrastructure used to run the dashboard, API, and analytics workflows.

Access is limited to authorized operators and customer sessions needed to provide the beta service.

Academia Superiora uses this information to deliver institution benchmarking, program analysis, saved dashboard preferences, and product support during the beta program.
